Being Mindful to your Self Practice_

Updated: Jul 30, 2021

It's not always easy to continue and keep practicing what you have learnt through a training, and it's also not worth it if you have spent some great deal of money patience and time in a practice and not been able to keep it thorough...

hello beauties and handsome folks,

let's talk about how badly we wanted to get into our divine practice, to be like one of the preachers or teachers who aspire us or how much have we spent on that dream of fitness the dream of wellness and finding the connections or purpose within ourselves.

You must have made plans on how you are going to inculcate a habit of a regular dedicated practice of your own once you are done with the training, but how many of you have actually been able to reach that goal? I am sure a lot of you already know the practice and if not, trust me it's easy and it could be just your's if you try and give into it mindfully.

“A self designed Vinyasa is like a breathing technique you are about to experience within you."

So here is what you should try in order to make your practice more Mindful than ever

Step 1 _ Find out your prime time .

Your Prime time is that time of the day when you are most energetic and active, this is the time when each and every cell of your body would be in your favor, leading to a smooth flow. For some people it's the morning, for some it's the evening and then there of the nights, all you need to do is find your own and schedule your practice around that time.

Step 2 _ Breathe in take some time and listen to what kind of practice your body loves.

I have always loved fusions, and I often mix my solo sessions with zumba, aerobics and Arabian sequences or moves, it's fun. What I am trying to say is, if you are bored into your own practice, the rest of your body and soul will never be completely into it either. You have to make it fun for yourself too in order for your mind hear body and soul to follow, you gotta personify the rest of you and ask them individually that what is it that they love to do, is it the strong flows, slow and calm, rocking, intense what? add it try it and trust me you will never be bored into your solo's again.

Step 3 _ Focus, stay aware of your practice, recognize what you can and cannot do, Find peace and Compassion and most importantly - never ever judge or compare yourself to the other.

Be your own master”
