Hey You beautiful soul, I am VISHAKHA RAO, a well adverse Practitioner of the SHIVANANDA HATHA YOGA, ASHTANGA VINYASA and VINYASA FLOW, with an infatuation towards Yoga since childhood, I have rigorously been effortless towards exploring the practice, being creative towards it and taking it to next level.
In addition I have an excellent skill for design, which makes it an honorable content of my nature to continuously thrive for creating and making the practice and the offering better with every passing day. Certified Yoga Alliance at the highest 200-hour level and YCB Level 3, practicing hours of more than 3 years.

Yoga as an Introduction to Philosophy, the traditions, and the Process, UNDERSTANDING THE YOGA BASICS
Introduction to Shivananda Flow will give Students the stretch and the command over the body needed to go deeper into the Understanding of Yoga.
Fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow will prepare students for a vigorous flow style of yoga (Vinyasa) that synchronizes breath with movement. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast. The course will begin with instruction on the alignment of the poses and move toward linking all the poses together in a continuous flow by the end of the session.

Instructors encourage students to listen to their body, respect its wisdom, and to progress at their own pace.
